My template/theme doesn’t work, what do I do?
Make sure you are using an Apache/PHP/MySQL environment. Most of our products do not work without one. Check with your hosting provider, or if you administrate your own server, make sure you have the necessary software installed first.
The template/theme is broken.
We only support Edge, Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Other browsers are not supported and we cannot help with them, sorry. Make sure you have not modified core JS/PHP that may have affected the functionality of the theme/template.
I need to make customizations to the theme, how do I do this?

I purchased a theme, can I use it for commercial purposes?
Yes. If you have purchased a theme to develop multiple websites, purchase a multi-use licence. If you would like to re-distribute/re-sell a theme, purchase an exclusive licence.
I lost my theme, how can I re-download it?
Re-download through your marketplace account or contact the marketplace for further help.

I've made changes to the theme and now it doesn’t work, what do I do?
My HTML/CSS is broken, what do I do?
Any changes you make to HTML/CSS are your responsibility, and the support we can provide for specific issues is limited. However, as a start you should always ensure your code validates using the W3C Validator.
What kind of support do you offer with your products?
We offer free support for all customers who can provide proof of their purchase by quoting their email/PayPal receipt. Customers will receive free support with issues relating to unmodified core files and bugs. We cannot provide free support for modifications/customizations to our products, or if you are running the product on an unsupported environment or platform.
